By accessing or using Rendzvous.AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements. By using this platform, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using this service is prohibited by law.

Rendzvous.AI is intended solely for lawful purposes. This platform is a search and discovery tool for legal companion and social escort services. Nothing on this platform facilitates, promotes, or enables prostitution, sex trafficking, or any other illegal activity. Use of this platform for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

You agree that you will not use Rendzvous.AI to:

• Advertise, solicit, or facilitate prostitution, sex trafficking, or any illegal sexual services
• Post content that depicts or promotes minors in any context
• Post content that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or providers
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform
• Engage in fraud, deception, or any activity that damages or could damage Rendzvous.AI or its users

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Rendzvous.AI strictly complies with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA), 18 U.S.C. § 2421A, and all applicable federal and state laws.

This platform is not intended to and does not facilitate sex trafficking or prostitution. Rendzvous.AI provides a lawful search and discovery platform for legal companion and social escort services only. Any content or activity that promotes, facilitates, or is connected to sex trafficking or prostitution is expressly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon discovery.

Rendzvous.AI will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation involving suspected sex trafficking or prostitution and will proactively report suspected trafficking activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement agencies as required by law.

Rendzvous.AI requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. All providers listing profiles on this platform represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years of age and that any individuals depicted in their profile content are at least 18 years of age.

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Rendzvous.AImaintains records verifying the age of all providers and depicted individuals. These records are available for inspection as required by law.

Rendzvous.AI employs age verification procedures for all providers at the time of account creation, including:

• Confirmation of date of birth
• Review of government-issued identification where required
• Ongoing monitoring for compliance

Any profile found to contain content depicting individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately removed, the account permanently terminated, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

Rendzvous.AI maintains an active content moderation program to ensure all platform content complies with our Terms of Service and applicable law. Our content standards and moderation process include:

Prohibited content:

• Any depiction of or reference to individuals under 18 years of age
• Any content soliciting, promoting, or facilitating prostitution or sex trafficking
• Graphic violence, hate speech, or content targeting protected classes
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party

Moderation process:

• All new provider profiles are reviewed prior to becoming visible on the platform
• Automated systems monitor for prohibited keywords, imagery, and patterns associated with trafficking or illegal services
• User reports of prohibited content are reviewed within 24 hours
• Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and account termination
• Serious violations are reported to appropriate authorities

Reporting:

Users who encounter content that may violate these standards or applicable law are encouraged to use the Takedown Request function available in the site footer or contact support@rendzvous.ai directly.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity performed under your account. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, or attempts to interfere with platform operations. You agree to immediately notify Rendzvous.AI of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our authorized payment processor. Subscription terms, rebill cadence, and pricing are shown during checkout before purchase is completed. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize recurring billing at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requests, content policy violations, or security concerns. Accounts found to be engaged in illegal activity, including solicitation of illegal services or sex trafficking, will be permanently terminated and reported to appropriate authorities. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rendzvous.AI disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Rendzvous.AI is not responsible for content posted by third-party users and providers, and acts as a neutral platform for lawful companion search and discovery only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
