Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billing for a period has been processed, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved following review by our support team.
How to request a refund
Submit a support ticket or contact customer service with your account email, receipt/order ID, and reason for request. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of the charge date. We will respond within 3 business days.

Review process
